This is a process where we over-seed and top dress your lawn to help add nutrients to your soil using a 3 part soil consisting of garden mix, sand and top soil. We have achieved amazing results with this process, it's a great alternative to putting in new sod. 

We can over-seed your lawn as a stand alone service, based of square footage.
